REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee that amounts 5 000 roubles for Conference Members and 2500 roubles for Young (under 35 years) Conference Members includes:

• Publication of their abstracst in the Conference Abstract Volume;
• A bag containing the conference program, pen and additional flyer inserts;
• Welcome party;
• Coffee/tee breaks between conference sessions;
• Meeting at the airport and transportation to a hotel and back at the departure;
• Hotel – conference venue – hotel daily transport.

Registration fee for Accompanying Members also amounts 2500 rouble and includes:

• Welcome party;
• Coffee/tee breaks between conference sessions;
• Meeting at the airport and transportation to a hotel and back at the departure;
• Hotel – conference venue – hotel daily transport.

Registration fee of 2500 roubles for participants from scientific and educational institutions of Sakhalin includes:

• Publication of their abstracts in the Conference Abstract Volume;
• A bag containing the conference program, pen and additional flyer inserts;
• Coffee/tee breaks between conference sessions.

Students of higher schools of Sakhalin can participate without any fees. Yet they will be provided with:

• Publication of their abstracts in the Conference Abstract Volume;
• A bag containing the conference program, pen and additional flyer inserts;
• Coffee/tee breaks between conference sessions.

Payment of fees is possible both by a non-cash transfer to FEGI FEB RAS address until June 1, 2016, and by cash on the arrival day while registering for the conference.

If there is a need in payment documents for financial reporting, registration fee is to be paid only as a private person remittance through the Sberbank of Russia branches by receipt form ПД-4 (see Attachment). A copy of the receipt confirming payment of the proper sum of the registration fee is asked to send to the Organizing Committee e-mails: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In return for the sent copies of receipts participants will be provided with all reporting documents (agreement, invoice and certificate/act) in the registration day.
